What is the role of the Senior Executive Team (SET)?
The role of the SET is to lead Scottish Forestry and oversee the day-to-day management and direction of the agency, delivering against agreed programmes of work and providing information, advice and guidance to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on key corporate matters and decisions.
