What is the Preparatory Project Grant?
The Preparatory Project Grant helps with the initial planning, negotiations and outline costing work needed to apply for the Strategic Timber Transport Scheme (STTS).
Is my project eligible for Preparatory Project Grant funding?
To check if you're eligible for the Preparatory Project Grant, you should first contact the Project Officer at the relevant Regional Timber Transport Group.
A letter of in-principle support from the Regional Timber Transport Group should be submitted with your application form.
How do I apply?
What happens next?
Projects which get funding are expected to result in submission of a STTS application. However, please note that an award of Preparatory Project Grant funding does not guarantee an award of STTS funding.
