In 2019 we launched the Improvement Programme, which aims to transform the effectiveness and efficiency of our forestry approval and support processes. One area in the programme is about Our People, focusing on helping people develop and fulfil their career goals. Over the next four years, we will:
- develop and invest in career development and opportunities;
- develop key skills to allow us to meet future customer needs; and
- develop a career progression framework.
