Case Management Officer

£32,875 to £34,450 | Full time | Perth

We are looking for a Case Management Officer to join our Perth and Argyll Conservancy on a full time (35 hours), fixed term appointment until 1 October 2027. 

As Case Management Officer you will have an overview of the Conservancy's casework and support colleagues within the Case Support Team and wider Conservancy. You will:

  • support the delivery of forestry grants and felling permissions
  • oversee allocation, recording and management of all casework
  • support and coordinate the training, mentoring and learning of Case Support Officers

External Communications Manager

£44,166 to £47,564 | Full time | National

We’re looking for a talented External Communications Manager to support on media relations, social media, and stakeholder engagement - ensuring our vital work is clearly understood by the public, stakeholders, and government.

As part of a small, friendly, and collaborative team, you’ll support the Senior Media Manager in managing media enquiries, developing proactive stories and overseeing our social media presence. You’ll provide expert advice to colleagues at all levels, brief senior staff, and support Ministerial visits.

A key part of the role is assisting the Head of Corporate Communications with a new stakeholder engagement strategy - offering insights on audience behaviours, influencer networks and communication flows.

We’d love to hear from experienced communicators, with a proven track record in media relations and social media, exceptional writing and storytelling skills and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
