The Civil Service People Survey is conducted annually, to obtain views from all Civil Service staff members, including Scottish Forestry’s staff, about their experiences at work.
The results help us to understand what we are doing well and what needs attention, so we can make changes that will improve employee engagement year on year.
The People Survey is processed by an external organisation and follows the Market Research Society’s code of conduct. All responses are completely confidential.
The data from the 151 responses received from Scottish Forestry staff has now been analysed and the results published here.
